Hanging Out

Not too much going on here. Xin Yi is finally well again after her immunizations on Tuesday. It really took her a full 48 hours before she was back to herself. She lost her appetite Tuesday night and all day Wednesday. Thursday morning she got her appetite back, but unfortunately her system wasn't ready to accept food. So, we rested most of the day Thursday. We went out for Chinese food Thursday night to celebrate two weeks home! In some ways it seems like we've been home forever. Xin Yi just blends so perfectly into our family that it seems she has always been here.

Today we went shopping at the Disney Store. I bought Alana a couple of cute Minnie Mouse shirts, a princess plate and bowl, lots of cups, washcloths, and beach towels. They were having some really great clearance sales and I went a little crazy. She had a blast though. We also rode the new carousel at the mall. Xin Yi rode a panda bear and Dylan rode a seal. I forgot to bring my camera, so no pictures unfortunately.

Tonight we went to Collin's baseball game with my dad and Marilyn. It was a beautiful night for a game and Collin played really well. I am so proud of my baby! I can't believe what a big boy he is becoming. I think I am starting to embarrass him some now (probably need to stop calling him baby in front of his friends!). He asked me to drop him off at vacation bible school after the first couple of days instead of walking him to his group. So it begins!!
