Well, it is 7 AM here. I've been up since 5 AM -- just too excited!! Ididn't sleep well at all last night -- lots of tossing and turning and looking at the time. Only 3 1/2 more hours until I meet my daughter! I took some pictures last night of some of the things I brought for her. I'll bring the backpack with me this morning to give to her. It should help break the ice if we have some things to look at. I hope she is not too scared. I am having lots of problems accessing blogger from Nanjing (no problems in Beijing). China has a firewall that is blocking the log in section of theblogger screen. I am able to post pictures using slide.com, and last night, I was able to bring up a cached blogger page and log in, but this morning that isn't working. So, I'm loading the pictures from slide.com and creating the blog entry and then e-mailing the text of the blog entry to Victor for him to post. I hope we don't have to do this for the rest of the trip though. Maybe I'll be able to access it from Guangzhou. We'll see. Bye for now! My next entry will have pictures of my sweet girl!
