I think we may have found our dream home tonight. Victor and I have looked at many, many homes during our search. There are have been clear favorites for each of us, but none that we could agree on together 100%. Tonight we actually looked at two homes that I think would satisfy both our wants and needs. I'm hoping that we will make an offer soon with a contingency that we sell our home. We really need to sell our home! We lowered the price last week, but have only had one showing since then. I think we are going to lower the price again and our realtor is planning an open house next weekend. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it sells soon!
