Music Program

Collin's music program was last Thursday night. I thought I would post a few pictures from it. All the kids dressed up like bugs and Collin was a bumblebee. So cute! He was actually home sick from school that day, but I gave him some medicine that evening and he felt up to performing. He loves to be in the spotlight, so I would have hated for him to miss it.






Alana wore this cute Dora outfit I bought before she came home. She only wore it for an hour, but still managed to get grass stains on it. She had a hard time during the program. First, she is unable to sit still and second it was hard to see the kids (especially Collin) during the program -- even for me. At least it was only a 30 minute program. I'm not sure she and Dylan could have handled much longer. Alana wanted desperately to get up and perform herself. She will love being in Kindergarten next year.

I bought a new bed for Alana last night on craigslist.com. Now I've got to put it together and get rid of her old bed. I'm also going to paint her room pink -- maybe this weekend. I'll post pictures when the project is complete.
